Everything went very smooth in and out in an hour and a half. That's a record for a dealership. I already had the car I was interested in picked out. Before I came i called to make sure I wasn't going to show up and be told something other than what I was seeing on the app. I was assured I wasn't being sent a sales gimmick. Awesome awesome job. the car I purchased was clean. And fresh smelling. My only complaint is I traded a car with a full tank of gas and got one almost empty. LoL but that was fine. Good job DriveTime.

My salesperson needs anger management, and the vehicle is trash. I should have gone somewhere else. The convenience of Drivetime is great, but the cars they sell are raggedy.

Terrible company that will take advantage of you and then if you let them come take your car back will come at you for everything when you know someone else has already got suckered into the same deal. I’ll die before you ever get anymore money from me
