Dreamland Jewelry Reviews

I ordered a ring. It looks cheap and so fake. I ask if I could return. They said that they do not cover any shipping costs at all. I would have to pay for it. Even it was broken or something wrong with it you are responsible for all shipping costs. Awful customer service do not order anything from this site. Read the other reviews

I order a ring an a set fail out of the wedding band order 2324936

I'm responsible to return damaged item they sent, no refund. Quality used to be better and prices cheaper. Horrible customer service. Will not purchase from them again.

I recently ordered several rings from this company. I had also previously ordered rings from them over the last few years without issue. This time around, The rings that I received were obviously the wrong size as they were a size bigger than the rings I normally wear and they wouldn't even go onto my fingers. I called the customer service number for the company and explained the dilemma the day after I received the rings in the mail and I was told that I needed to send them back at my cost. I feel this is poor customer service as obviously the wrong sized rings were sent to me and being it wasn't my error, I don't feel it's my responsibility to pay for shipping to return their product. I was instructed if I wanted to escalate the issue to email the company along with pictures, which I did with the received rings as well as rings that I had purchased from them in the past. I received an email back with their stated return shipping policies and nothing else. Not only will I not pay for the shipping and have requested a free shipping envelope yet again, But I will never shop with this company again and I will make a concerted effort to inform all of my friends and family to avoid this company in the future. Don't waste your money. They do not stand behind their products and have terrible customer service.

I ordered a ring 45 days ago. Money taken from my account same day. Still no ring or response from company. I would advise to shop elsewhere

How is the quality of the jewelry is it genuine gold? That they sell? I’m very anxious because I’m thinking of buying jewelry for my stepdaughter and she’s highly allergic to fake jewelry.

I have been using dreamland jewelry for 10 years or close. I have never had a bad experience. I have returned stuff. They are professional. I am wearing some jewelry I purchased years ago. Would and have told people about dreamland jewelry. Satisfied customer

I paid extra money for international express post on the 28th July meaning I should have received the items by the 10th or 11th August. No rings, no accountability and now that I am demanding a refund, no response and here we are a month later!!! Dodgy dodgy dodgy!! Avoid at all costs!!!

The pretty Black Onyx Diamond ring and the abstract swirl ring. They are both gorgeous.

As the saying goes, "You can't please all of the people all of the time." Some people, unfortunately, have had their issues while others absolutely love Dreamland. I, personally, am one of those people that loves Dreamland Jewelry. I have several pieces and have been completely satisfied with the craftsmanship of the jewelry to customers service.

First and last time buying from dreamland. They have you pay shipping cost to get the items. If you need to return an item for any reason, you have to pay to ship it back. They then refund you minus the shipping cost for both ways even if the product is defective. Will never buy from this company again. I will stick to Amazon since you don't pay shipping either way.

Inferior product Worse customer service On 3/29/2023 and 4/3/2023 respectively I received 2 rings. Today 6/26/2023 I contacted them regarding missing stones from both rings. I have no idea when the 3/29 ring lost its stone accent. The 4/3/23 lost its stone 6/26/23 Customer Service said I was beyond the 60 day return policy and would do nothing. TWO RINGS that have become worthless junk in less than 90days. I'm not impressed and sorry I spent the money.

I ordered 2 puzzle rings from them and I love the rings. I have had them for a few years now and they have not tarnished at all. I wear them both often. The shipping was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Dreamland. The price is right and the quality is great.

This is my first experience ordering from them. The shipping was quick and so far the products (2 rings and a pendant) look fantastic. They are lightweight, but hopefully that won't go against their lasting power. I will order again.

I purchased the rose gold dog bone/silver heart sterling silver ring and I love it, I received it within two weeks, the shipping was super quick.

I ordered a sterling silver 18" diamond cut rope chain and IT IS SPECTACULAR. Another customer stated that when the sun hits this necklace, the sparkle is amazing and she was right. I ordered this for a specific pendant and I am more than pleased. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I will definitely do business with Dreamland in the future.

The Company is Scam Artists.. I ordered 2 Items as a Birthday Present and suppose to get a free pair or earings and I find out the Scam Company charged Me for the same earings that were suppose to be free. I had to get My Bank Involved after I never got any response from their Useless Incompetent Customer Service after receiving a sealed up Package that only had one pair of earings. I am letting Everyone I know and ever meet to not ever order from this awful Scam artist Company.

I have ordered jewelry from Deamland before and received it in 3 to 4 days. My last order was supposed to have delivered on my mailbox on the 24th of December. But I have not received it yet. I love their jewelry. But can't afford to throw money away.

Great company! Love buying from them. Quality stuff.

I have ordered from dreamland for many years, and never a complaint. Shipping is fast, I recommend these people.
