Claimed free shipping when placed in card then I was double charged for shipping and a signature. Was very misleading.

I use one brand and flavor juice, it's hard to find locally, so I order several bottles at a time. I have ordered from several other places, but I like ordering from Direct Vapor the best. No hassles, timely shipping, always in stock, and no extra charges when I get to the check out.

Ease of use of their website. My last order was sent within the time frame promised. Hoping this one will be as well.

First of all the price was around $16 until I clicked the button to pay. Then it was $30 as soon as I paid. It irritated me, but I was like “Ok, whatever.” Then it didn’t arrive within the time it was supposed to. They said they had attempted to deliver it, but that was a lie. I was right here and no one came to the house. So I call and call. Finally Heather called me back and said she really doesn’t know when I would get it. Then an email can saying it would be another 3-10 days added onto the 11 I’ve already waited. I’m having my bank dispute it. Wish I would have read the reviews first, because I’m not the only one they’ve done this way.

Keep calling daily what I did just got mine took a month Ordered a vape Mod oct 4th,2022 spent 91$ says been in Warwick RI since the 15th of October That’s literally 30 minutes from my house I’ve seen at least 3 other ppl have said direct vapor Giving them the runaround same here Only reason I order from this company goes every company was sold out highly regretting it will never use this company again

Clicked on 15% discount and would not let me proceed, then at checkout it said that signature delivery was free and it charged me $5.99. Misleading but I need the tanks so I ordered anyway.

Never received order. When I contacted the company to inform them I did not receive it, I was constantly given the runaround.

Website is good and easy to navigate but hoping the delivery is smooth and on time as other vape shops online are not so let's see what your company is like.

The business model just does not work. I'm not entirely blaming them, but they can't ship through traditional methods, so use some weird "box" site, which has a half-finished interface. They're in Louisville, I'm in Lexington, and it's been 10 days, and I have no hope as to when it will actually be delivered. I could have walked it here by now.

Items are always delivered, however the delivery date is usually 3-5 days later than claimed

The website is good , but they wont get stuff delivered as they use a terrible carrier. I had to dispute my transaction as I didn’t get my order after 1 month

28 minutes on hold. Trying to place order but keep getting error message saying I've reached order limit of 15 bottles in 30 days. Wth. Maybe I have l- not sure, but why would I be limited like that? Trying to take advantage of good sale. Had to keep removing items until it let me order, because there is no phone support and email will take days, and by then sale will be over and/or items will sell out. So frustrating

I do not like the adult signature fee. Its just another tax. Not enough coupons or deals. i do like the site in general. Pricing is reasonable for the most part. I just wish they wouldn't play games with shipping and extra fees.
