GREAT PRICES, FREE SHIPPING AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED

It would have been five stars but it took entirely too long to check out I had to take a picture of my ID several times and I've ordered from you before I don't get it but the experience was great

When I input my zip code in Direct Vapor's zipcode checker, their website says it ships to me and, again, when I go to checkout my order, it says "Yes, your zipcode is eligible for shipping", BUT on the very same checkout page, right below the confirmation that my zipcode is eligible for shipping, it states the error "Sorry, due to regulations we cannot currently ship to this zip code." When I submitted a ticket to Direct Vapor customer service regarding this issue, their only reply was "Did you try the zip code checker?" I responded "Like I said in the ticket, the zipcode finder says it ships to me, so I already tried that." Direct Vapor's reply was an uncaring "It seems your question was answered with the zip code checked -- I can't tell you anything different." REALLY?! They offered no explanation for the technical conflicts of their own website. And, when checking out my order, the page stated "adult signature is free", but then still charged me $5.99 for the adult signature fee. I understand there can be variences for different situations, state regulations, total checkout amounts, etc., but then the website should be smart enough to accommodate these issues and give customers accurate statements, without errors, so they understand their full charges... it's confusing and frustrating. The customer service is very poor and uncaring, with little knowledge of website technical issues or state regulations, and Direct Vapor does not care to attempt to find out/fix their website issues. Last, but not least... it is impossible to UNSUBSCRIBE from Direct Vapor's many daily emails, which I never signed up for -- clicking on their UNSUBSCRIBE link only takes you to their website. I also tried marking as SPAM and blocking them, and it doesn't work. They said they are "working on it". I highly doubt it... I'm guessing they said that because I told them I was going to report them.

Haven't had a bad experience yet with these guys!
