I have been ordering from Direct Vapor for over 2 years without a problem. I have always received my order by USPS within 4 days. I placed an order on October 21st. The money was deducted from my acct on Oct. 24th in the ammount of $49.93. Tracking takes me to 5 Strings Solutions, when in researching, shows to be a scam logistics company with a one star raiting and a long list of complaints, where it says "In Transit Oct. 25th". In researching the BBB, I am seeing common complaints of those who never received their package and tracking is impossible. I have emailed and called Direct Vapor. No answer by email, and spoke, by phone to "Asia", who gave me the familiar "management will contact carrier and get back with you" (also a complaint on the BBB website). I told Asia that Thursday, Nov. 3rd was the last day of guaranteed shipment, and that if I do not hear from management by the end of the day on the 2nd, I would dispute the charge on my credit card. Steer clear of this company and any Vape business that can't use a reputable company to deliver your goods.

They always have what I need, and good prices!! Only downfall is my state taxing it 2 times!!

It was fast and easy to order. I like the price. A lot of products to choose from.

I think the shipping is pricey but I know that's not your fault!

They ship with Five Strings Solutions, they said they attempted delivery multiple times yet my security cameras never showed anyone come to my door. I wouldn’t trust the high ratings here, look up Five Strings Solutions
