With all the prices through the roof, I have to say this is the nail in the coffin ... "the Adult Signature FEE"!? I mean it sounds made up, like "hey, I think we could fabricate a fee to get some more money....and we'll call it.... You know the rest. But I'm one customer. And this one customer is Saying, "that's Bad business". I do A lot of work/business online and someone needs to say that feels like shady business. You should have a Clear Disclaimer on Page #1 'All orders are subject to a Adult Signature Fee, in addition an extra tax as well that can be as much as 7$ 10$ whatever it is. But you don't because if your customers knew that when first getting here, you would lose at least 1/2 your business. I know business enough to know a 50% loss is unsustainable. Just tired of the hustle folks and I don't want anyone to think it goes unnoticed.

Highly recommend you use another vape company. I place an order on 11/14 and received a confirmation that same day. On 11/20 I checked my account and and order had shipped, but the tracking Would not update. Since this order required an adult signature, I checked my account daily. On 11/27 I emailed their customer service. On 11/28 I received a full refund and several emails explaining that their carrier no longer delivered in my area. Unfortunately I did not see the emails prior to calling their customer service, wish I had, because the CSR I had on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The more questions I asked, the louder she talked right over the top of me. I accept that the order was cancelled, but a little heads up at some point in the last fifteen days sure would of been nice, and I wouldn't of run out of coils. Nothing on their website indicates delivery area ( I live in TN, so they aren't that far from me) so be forwarded if you order, and call their customer service at your own risk.
