I'M having a hard time entering my email/signing in and puting in password . it pops up automatically and dooesnt want to go in.i dont like having to put in email nd pass. and i dont like you holding on to my credit/debit card info from last time. i dont remember checking the box, i may have. that last card was lost/cancelled and i put in new card and it still wouldnt go through cause the old card over rid the neew info i put in.

Ordering was easy, and I found what I was looking for.

Placed an order on 12/17. It is now 12/29 and I have no idea where my order is or if I will ever receive it. I tried to email customer service and I got some general automated message back basically saying that they have no further information and it could take an additional 7-10 business days to get my stuff. Their listed shipping times on their site are a lie and I also think the signature fee they slip in is just a way to squeeze more money out of their customers. I am never doing business with this company again, and I'd take all these less than detailed positive reviews with serious skepticism.

Shipping time is not clear very well, specially it mentioned that adult signature free, but then they charged me 5.99 for adult signature at check out, which make no sense !!

I sent an order on 12/2/22, it's 12/23 and it still hasn't been shipped. I called once and they promised to resolve the issue, they did not so I just now cancelled the order. I will never order from them again!!

I would have spent more but there's way too many "out of stock" tags on stuff.
