So if you go onto your website and order Raspberry Lemonade and put how many you want it sends you the wrong kind... Which is what it did for me I ordered 6 and I got Blue Lemonade which I do not like at all!

Stuff comes a couple weeks after I order but it comes and customer service was good the time I used it. 9nly thing that is troubling is I pay a signature fee but not once have I had to sign. They just dump the pkg on front step and leave.
It took awhile to get my shipment and I was very upset. I contacted the customer service representative and eventually my original shipment (I assume it was lost, then found) came. The same day I received an email saying they had replaced my order. I contacted them to to let them know and they were advised that due to the amount of time I had waited, I was allowed to keep it when received. Now that is good customer service. Buy from them with confidence.
Smooth order process.
I placed an order on 12/26, received shipment info 12/28. Three weeks later, tracking still says “awaiting carrier pickup”. Customer service is a joke, it went from “since it’s been 2 weeks I’ll have to send this to management which will take 3-5 business days” to “sorry, it has to be a month before we’ll do anything”. CSRs are rude and condescending, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

It's going on 2 weeks and still says waiting to fit pick up or whatever they claim. Asked for money back but they won't. Says 3-7 business days but when I emailed looking for package they said it could take an additional 14 days which could turn into 20 days just for a few pods. I paid more for shipping on product I haven't seen. Will never use this place again.
