I could not place an order a few weeks ago due to shipping glitch on website. I called the support line and texted Directvapor. I took screenshots. Never got a reply. This happened on 12/31l22 and 1/1/2023. Discount offer expired a few days later. Never had this shipping issue before. Very disappointed as I thought very highly of Directvapor.

I don't even want to give 1 star. I placed an order 12/16/22. They attemted delivery 12/28/22. I could not get to the door fast enough. I stopped the guy, he was about 4ft. from the door and he would not give me my package. He said I had to wait for 2nd delivery. It is now 1/15/23 and still no delivery. What ever you do, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ORDER. I should have read the reviews before I placed this order, but like an idiot I didn't. $83.00 has already been charged to my credit card. I can't get any solid info. from Direct Vapor. Thank God I work with the Attorney General, I'm going to make it my mission to put them out of business, so they will stop ripping us off.

Having to pay 7 dollars to verify that I'm over 18 is Ludacris and needs to be addressed. It makes no sense other than its a way to scam the consumer that is giving your company business

Easy to find what I was looking for. But, orange not available in disposables

Placed order almost 2 weeks ago. Checked online to see where my order was and it said my order was still awaiting pickup for shipping. Called to ask where my order was and was told by the female on the phone that she had no clue and that I'd just have to wait to see if it comes. On what planet is that acceptable?

I was comparing similar items at different sites and Direct Vapor came out ahead in every way. While every site offered free shipping at or near $65, I was not only able to get more of the item that I needed, Direct Vapor offered me a larger discount so I was able to get more and still pay less in the end. It was a no brainer when I compared similar sites. They were a winner hands down.
