Shipping glitch on website …

I could not place an order a few weeks ago due to shipping glitch on website. I called the support line and texted Directvapor. I took screenshots. Never got a reply. This happened on 12/31l22 and 1/1/2023. Discount offer expired a few days later. Never had this shipping issue before. Very disappointed as I thought very highly of Directvapor.
