DIRECT VAPOR

I've been purchasing vape products from Direct Vapor for years/ They are reliable, and I always get the best supplies from them.

These guys used to be phenomenal but the last two orders have been a nightmare. Im located in Florida and so are they. Usually when I order it was to me 5 or 6 days at most. The last two orders i waited OVER a week and their tracking keeps saying "awaiting carrier pickup". Now any normal person would take from that the order has not been dropped off at the post office/carrier never picked it up but they are trying to tell me they gave the package out already. I asked to speak with a manager, i called multiple times to no avail. In fact the rep was straight nasty and hung up on me after i called the 3rd day in a row asking what happened. Now its been 3 weeks and they havent refunded me or reshipped as per their policy you have to wait 30 days after the 6-8 days shipping time and 2-3 days processing. So in the meantime im waiting 40 something days just to get it reshipped then another 11 days to recieve it?! Absolute nonsense. The last order finally arrived almost a month later and this one is at day 20 something and its still "awaiting carroer pickup" do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still no movement on the package. Customer service is useless, company policy states basically they are not responsible for 3rd party shipments. They can't even tell you who the shipper is. 30 days before I'm eligible for a refund. Poor business practices not insuring shipments. If you order from this place, you're on your own!

Easy as pie!!!

Every time I order from this company, I tell myself never again. Their shipping service is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only is it expensive ($13 for a $29 order), but then they send you tracking links that don't work, do not show the status of your shipment, and then the shipment takes 10 days to arrive. When you inquire, someone responds back telling you how its not their fault and regulations are the cause, but I have no other issues with any other vendors. WARNING: be prepared to wait 10-14 days for your order to arrive. My advice, go somewhere else. Don't be fooled by free shipping advertisement. That just means you have to by more expensive stuff that you'll have to wait 2 weeks to get. Free horrible shipping service is still horrible shipping service.

Shipping needs to be better. Last order still isn't here after the window of days promised. Told me they won't do anything until after 30 days have passed.

Easy and great shopping experience! Y’all need an app but this is the easiest and cheapest I’ve ordered. Hopefully the product holds up (If so I’m a new lifetime customer <3)

Very slow delivery. It seemed like my order took forever to arrive. And they use DHL for shipping. I received a call from the DHL driver saying he refused to deliver my package because of the snow. I had to drive 20 minutes to meet him to pick up my package. Once i got my package, i realized he had given me someone else's order. I was still in the other town so he brought me my package, however he left me with the other persons order also, and i had to deliver it for him.

The website is easy to navigate, the selections and prices are great.
