DIRECT VAPOR

All in all I had no complaints with my orders which were fulfilled accurately. Then last week I started receiving fraudulent emails claiming I need to confirm a purchase I never made by calling a phone number. I deleted the email so I can't say what happens when I call but I have heard it can range anywhere from your phone number now being sold (which they obtain when you call them) to getting a ridiculous phone bill like you would get from calling a 900 number. I own my own my domain name and assign everyone I correspond with a unique email address which in turn then routes the email to my actual address. This is the same address now receiving these fraudulent emails. No question where they obtained my email address from - it was only ever provided to Direct Vapor. If you still want to purchase from them you might consider using a burner email to avoid future problems.

I have been using DirectVapor for years. I always get great prices and they have great stock.

I love Direct Vapor. I always get my order in a timely manner and they stand behind their product. Only once in 5 years has my order been incorrect and they immediately shipped out replacement at no cost.

Was supposed 2 be 20% off for smok products. Only got like 2$ off. What happened?

I ordered products from directvapor.com on March 20, 2023 and was told I would receive my products within 3-8 business days. Today is April 6, 2023 and still haven’t received my products. On there website, it says most products are delivered within 3-4 business days. They cannot use traditional delivery services and rely on third party private contractors to deliver. I emailed them multiple times until I was given a phone number to call. After 25 minutes of back and forth I was told to call back tomorrow because there were no supervisors to speak with because they were gone for the day. I initially Googled best online vape shops and directvapor was considered one of the best. Never will I order online again. Also you will get hit with a massive tax if you live in Pennsylvania.

After dropping my third Smok RPM 40 and breaking it, I ordered a replacement from Direct Vapor on 4/29. Tracking alerted me that it was out for delivery at 5:55 AM and I had it in my hands two hours later at 8 AM on 4/5, a mere 4 business days! This is the 13th time I've ordered from Direct Vapor since 2019. I use them for all my vaping needs and thankfully have never needed to go elsewhere. Aside from one trifling delay shortly after the chaotic implementation of the ludicrous PACT Act, they've always been exemplary in every regard. I'm in Northeast Metro ATL and orders never take more than 7 business days to reach me from Louisville, KY. The shipping company they've been using is STAT. They're always courteous, lightning fast and their tracking is precise to the second.

It is better here this time. I do not get kicked off the site when ever I just Go Back a screen. Yippee. I try to get a good deal when I come here. I always check out Clearance but I do not believe anything really is reduced. It's bolonge. I can hardly afford getting Juice anymore. Far too expensive but there is no going back, right?

I would like to see more e-juice options with 0mg nicotine.

I don’t even want to give towards a rating. I ordered and paid on 2/28/23. It now 4/3/23 and I paid for nothing. I have no proof it’s even being sent to me. I requested my money back and was told it was on its way. That was 2 days ago

I have gotten all my vapor products from Direct Vapor since 2019 and I have had no problems. I use a Smok RPM40 and I am now I have order my 3 ELFBAR Bundle (3 pk). I was amazed you can really taste the flavor. I have ordered from direct vapor numerous times and was somewhat satisfied until now. I placed my order March 3rd and it's April 1st and still haven't received my order. I will definitely not use direct vapor in the future.
