You took 3 hours to verify MY ADDRESS
You took 3 hours to verify MY ADDRESS. HEY! I LIVE HERE. Your website kept freezing and I hope you don't transport the product in the manner I had to order it. That "Digital Helper" kept telling me to check my email for a coupon, THAT NEVER ARRIVED. I used to use SMOKERSCHOICE in North Carolina that NEVER gave me the hard time as did DirectVapor. I ordered every month, I knew the manager, and I got my product in 3 days. FREE SHIPPING because I ordered every month. Your site is full of bugs + I almost didn't order from you.

this is 4 days from the date I ordered
this is 4 days from the date I ordered; My order is not shipped. No phone or email to contact. 03/06/23 I got the response from Direct vapor. They gave me phone# to contact customer service. I talk to the lady and she said my order was received, but still not ship yet. If not ship by 04/01 then I will get the refund. At least I know My order was in the right place, not fake. Thanks 03/08/23 Received package by mail. Very good products. Still give 4 stars because the way communicate is not convenience. The company should have phone and email on website so that customer can contact when needed.
