These guys are a scam outfit. They claim to have major, unforseen shipping issues that have been sprung on them out of no where, and due to these immediate unforseen regulations that they ar3 doing the best they can. HERE is the deal, these shipping regulations took effect almost 2 years ago. For this fact alone you can only assume the worst. When ordering it sais nothing about delays (albeit made up). I paid in full, shipping was advertised as 3 to 8 days. Its been 8 now and my shipment has not even been picked up for delivery from these guys. Terrible shady. They tell me that it may take up to 30 days before it gets picked up by the shipper. What a joke. Im doing a charge back and complaining to the BBB. DO NOT SHOP HERE BUYER BEWARE.

Read the Better Business Bureau reviews at bbb.org. Trust Pilot is wrong on this one. Ordered $80 worth of supplies on 3/8; never received on order confirmation email, or a 'product shipped' email. It is now more that 2 weeks later, and the tracking information says that the carrier is awaiting the parcel. The website provides no easy access to a phone numbrer. Found one & called. After 30 minutes on hold I was told the package was marked 'shipped', but they had no tracking information. After 30 days they would consider a re-ship or a refund. They had already billed my credit card. DO NOT USE THEM.
