I've been trying for over a week to order from you ... it would not capture my photo ID & would bump me out! I wouldn't send my ID pic through email as I didn't trust security. If this wasn't for a Birthday Present, I would have given up long ago & looked at another site.

Wht a pain the checkout procedure is the fields have no short term memory, the discount code is the same discount anyone who uses the website gets so I just signed up for a bombardment of emails and texts for no reason, could have gotten the same discount and remained anonymous and youll sell my information for profit most likely. Wont be back after this purchase count on that

They absolutely SUCK! Bought 50 replacement coils, and out of all of those (which weren't cheap BTW), I got about 10 good ones. Called them to tell them this, and they try and tell me I ordered the wrong coils! I don't think so... I've been buying the same coils for over two years - I think I know what I need. THEN they say that I can ship them back, at MY cost, and they'll refund me for the unopened packages, but they can't do anything about the bad ones. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never again will I use this company. Too many other options out there that actually want to keep their customers.

I do not understand why there is a fee to obtain my signature, I find it extremely inconvenient to have to stay home and wait for the package because you need my signature plus I have to pay the fee. Don't agree with the process.

You guys genuinely suck. Every time I deal with you, you advertise a sale like 20% off, then you don’t honor it and you lie. No adjustment in cart. Thieves - u charge me every single time for age verification even though I’ve sent you copies of my drivers license, etc. No one has ever made an effort to reach out to me and make anything right EVER because frankly you just don’t give a damn. The worst. Super janky website. Lie about prices & discount. If there were any other locations like social media where I could rate quite how awful your service is, could you please let me know?
