Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Products very good with prompt delivery and apparently the only ones providing end caps for decking. However the shipping charges are on the high side, otherwise would have been 5 stars..

We recently bought the fencing packs for our front garden. From start to finish our experience with the company has been excellent. First we received a sample pack free of charge. The website is clear and intuitive as to what to order. This came through promptly and we set to work. No hassle. Everything was straightforward and we’re now rewarded with a beautiful new fence. I have 2 x 4mtr Amber Composite boards spare. 17 would have done but purchased 19 following your own calculations for an area of 4 mts x 2.5 mts. More than sufficient Hidden Fasteners (HF) and Screws were supplied too. The instructions were not terrible clear as to the sides of the Composite Decking Joists to use. As the Facia Boards were supplied and used, I positioned the joists for maximum height. I then discovered that the HF screws did not tighten down sufficiently and easily stripped their locating hole above a torque setting of 1 on my battery powered screwdriver. If I had used the other side of the Joist I would have been able to secure the screws down the central web below the vee section as shown in the instructions. However, the Facia Boards would have then been too high! As it was, the finished job looks fantastic very professional; even though I say so myself. The job took me 2 full working days. A mitre saw or similar is essential. Images available upon request. It would be appreciated if you could collect the excess composite Decking and give me a rebate for £39.98 as they are too long to fit in my vehicle. Please advise.
