Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Samples arrived really quickly and were very nicely presented. The sales team followed up quickly, offering a free quotations service. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they responded to a request for a price, and it was a good price, too! So far, I'm really impressed with the service... but let's see what happens when (if) I actually order anything! :)

Kept informed all the way through the process. Was having difficulty in finding a fitter but eventually was able to find one. Required a delivery for week commencing 30. 06.25 to 04.07.25 as restricted storage space. I was informed in advance of delivery and call from driver on the day. I would recommend Dino decking to anyone
