Overall, be great. I was initially cautious, wondering if their site was legitimate, however, was pleasantly surprised when I received both my software and key immediately after my purchase. All was good
All was good, apart from some problems with downloading the product. There were not enough initial instructions on what to expect to see on the screen. But the Support was excellent. Following their advice, the product was successfully downloaded. Thank you guys! Now I can look into Excel and Word functions to double-check everything is in order and will stay forever. If this is the case, I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
