All was good
All was good, apart from some problems with downloading the product. There were not enough initial instructions on what to expect to see on the screen. But the Support was excellent. Following their advice, the product was successfully downloaded. Thank you guys! Now I can look into Excel and Word functions to double-check everything is in order and will stay forever. If this is the case, I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
