Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

After dealing with a number of other…

After dealing with a number of other estate agents, dexters definitely stands out from the rest. In particular, my property manager, Nasra Said, has gone above and beyond the expectations to assist in solving the numerous problems that arise on a day to day basis, and performing timely updates when needed. If anyone is looking for a new estate agent / property manager, I would definitely recommend Dexters!

Property faults/repairs

Keep me posted and up to date with all areas of my Property and any problems that the tenants report, these are then taken care of by the appropriate maintenance contacts. Donna is always very friendly but polite and efficient I have had a few areas for concern this week but are all in hand.

Disapointed service by Wimbledon office

We moved into a flat in Wimbledon on 1st December through Dexters. Once we moved in, we noticed many maintenance issues on the premises. The window can not be closed due to and the whole house is cold. Three heaters can not be switched off. The shower is not functioning. And our garage is full of garbage and can not park the car. Today is the 5th of December, and after contacting many people in different departments, nothing has been addressed. Very disappointing. We are still suffering in the house with a little child.

My heating was not functioning after…

My heating was not functioning after having been away for 1 month aboard. Emailed Dexters that evening and next day an engineer was sent over to fix the issue. Resolved the next day so cannot fault the service!

After dealing with other letting…

After dealing with other letting agents, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone, Myra Mettam, who not only could answer my questions fully, but in doing so, also covered the answers to my next three or four points. It has left me , as a landlord, confident in letting through Dexters, that I will not be falling foul of the seemingly endless new rules and regulations that I could be penalised for breaking
