Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
I am very impressed by Elliot’s service. He is professional, proactive and helpful. He aims to deliver first class service to his customers. Whenever I need help, he is always there. I like his friendly approach to his customers. He is definitely an asset to Dexter!

I lived in a Dexters new build (Ambrose House) for about 18 months from 2022-2023. Although there were some promised amenities that weren't delivered (gym, Tesco express, etc), a lower score wouldn't reflect the service we received from two attentive members of the team who went above and beyond.
I was particularly impressed by Petros when he came on board. I found him personable, responsive and helpful.
He and Suzy, another fabulous associate, are great members of the Dexters team and every interaction with them was pleasant. Suzy provided clear and consistent phone and email support and advice during our moving out period and Petros was proactive in ensuring we received our deposit once the necessary checks were done on our apartment.
Dexters offer a very professional service. Very good communications and eager (and able) to sort problems quickly. Ledi Peka, our contact at Dexters, is doing a fantastic job for us.
Mario Correia, Dexters, St Margaret’s, during our recent, urgent need for assistance, responded immediately and organised a builder to come out and view the issue. We felt secure that he had the matter in hand and he explained the process and we have confidence that it is being sorted out.
