Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Samuel, from the South Kensington office, has been working with me for over six months, finding a flat for my son to move to the UK from Australia. He has been unfailingly attentive, kind and very, very patient. We found a flat and then my son's visa date was changed (he's going to university) and so we had to cancel. Samuel was so positive and kind with my changing everything after his hard work. I then contacted him in November (it's now January) and he straight away remembered me, my son and what we needed. It was amazing. He helped us find the absolutely perfect flat, and helped us through the process. It's been a challenge because of the time difference etc, but I have never, ever worked with a real estate agent (as we call them in Aus) as professional and as helpful as Samuel.

It all comes down to the individual agent you have as your contact, and I count myself very lucky to have Fahima as my contact. I have been with Dexters for many years and have had good experience over the years, but I find that Fahima is outstanding. My wife and I met her at the apartment and found her charming. She has also dealt very proficiently with a contractor who did a very poor job and who were uncooperative in returning to remedy the problem (and who in my opinion Dexters should never use). Eventually I gave up with them, and Fahima found a very satisfactory alternative who was new to Dexters. In my opinion she is a great advertisement for Dexters.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a group of agents from Ealing, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I approached them few times with the intention of renting a property, but what followed was a series of disrespectful behaviours that left me frustrated and disheartened. The agents seemed to have no regard for customer service. Instead of assisting me, they bombarded me with an excessive number of questions, seemingly for their amusement or to test my patience. Their approach was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, as it made me feel like my time and needs were not valued. To make matters worse, they laughed openly during the process, seemingly finding entertainment in my discomfort. It was incredibly disconcerting to be treated in such a mocking manner, especially when I was there as a potential customer seeking assistance. Their behaviour not only undermined the trust I had in their professionalism but also left me feeling humiliated. Instead of easing the purchasing process, the agents intentionally made it difficult for me.

Mohammed was extremely helpful and prompt in our negotiations; he was empathetic and patiently explained the contract details.
