Avoid dexters in Ealing
I recently had an unfortunate experience with a group of agents from Ealing, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I approached them few times with the intention of renting a property, but what followed was a series of disrespectful behaviours that left me frustrated and disheartened. The agents seemed to have no regard for customer service. Instead of assisting me, they bombarded me with an excessive number of questions, seemingly for their amusement or to test my patience. Their approach was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, as it made me feel like my time and needs were not valued. To make matters worse, they laughed openly during the process, seemingly finding entertainment in my discomfort. It was incredibly disconcerting to be treated in such a mocking manner, especially when I was there as a potential customer seeking assistance. Their behaviour not only undermined the trust I had in their professionalism but also left me feeling humiliated. Instead of easing the purchasing process, the agents intentionally made it difficult for me.
