Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Worst agent ever

Worst agent ever. I travelled 1 hour for a viewing and they cancelled the appointment 15 mins before the viewing. WASTE OF TIME. AVOID.

Waste of time

So many of the properties I've called Dexters about have already been sold, are under offer etc. To the point where it just seems like a waste of time to call about their listings. Property hunting is already time consuming enough. I complained to a Dexter agent about this and he said it keeps Dexter's housing stock looking high. Yeah right, good for Dexters, lousy for customers.

The sales side of Dexters is 5 star plus, in my point of view.

As a Landlord whose property Dexters has managed for many years, I am on the whole satisfied. The sales side of Dexters is 5 star plus, in my point of view. Zahra, who I deal with, is early on the case at the end of each tenancy and works flat out to find the best tenant for me. She gives very good advice but also listens to my requirements as a client. What lets Dexters down a little, for me, is its property management team. They operate a sort of pool system, which gives me the feeling that no one is taking personal responsibility. Often when I call the office I find I directed to someone new who I have not spoken to before. Quite often important pieces of information have been left off my file by the previous colleague. In addition, some of the staff seem inexperienced in the maintenance issues which they are handling. It would be good if I was kept updated on who my personal contact was at any point in time.

Callum was 100% committed to the sale of our property, he was dedicated & communicated with me regularly, always willing to explain anything we were unsure of. A dreadful experience

A dreadful experience from start to finish - bought a new home through the west London new homes team and we were treated appallingly. I’d rather entrust my house sale or purchase to a lunatic than these sharks.
