Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Pls avoid Dexters if you want to save yourself from harassment. I have been renting for two years with Dexters and everything has always been a nightmare. They never seem to get anything done on time , poorly communicate and has the rudest staff ever. Have heard everything from “I am doing you a favour” to “use a kettle for your bath”. As propert agents, the law needs them to put both parties interest on the table, but their attitude shows they done care. I have had to write three emails to say pls don’t say condescending things however falls on deaf ears. It’s the most unprofessional agency I have come across renting over 15 years in London.

Gaz and the team at the Tooting Sales branch managed to sell our property within 1 week of listing off market. Dexters estate agents Kew are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Don’t assume they will follow professional standards. I am amazed at the good reviews -sounds like a different company. Not a good experience.

Emma Kilpin at Dexters was so helpful to me in purchasing my new flat. She has great, soft people skills and works in a most customer-centred way. Everyone knows that you can get a lot of fluff and flannel from estate agents. Emma is a little different in that she does not seem fearful or avoidant of telling the truth.
