Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Excellent service

Dexters have been excellent in the process of me moving flat. Charlotte Rule showed me some amazing properties covering exactly what aspects I was looking for. Once I found a flat I loved Charlotte was exceptional in making the signing as smooth as possible though quick responses to any questions I had and making this as seamless as possible. Daniel Faulkner is a great property manager as he was quick to get in contact with me to ensure I had all the information I needed coming up to moving day. Both Charlotte and Daniel have been highly professional and had excellent communication skills making moving flat a much less stressful experience from what I had expected. Thanks to you both! Can’t recommend dexters enough.

Scammers

Scammers. They will hire your services and will not pay reasoning that their client is at overseas and transferred the payment which is not true

Best estate agents - highly recommend

I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of a flat through Dexters Shepherds Bush. They have been excellent from start to finish. The marketing was brilliant, lots of viewings arranged swiftly, and then once I had accepted my offer the whole process was smooth and largely stress-free. I cannot commend Penelope Harold, Avni Patel and Joe Blackett highly enough. I was kept informed at every turn and what could have been highly stressful actually felt easy.

I would like to say a big thank you to…

I would like to say a big thank you to our property manager Petros Giorganios. The service that we received throughout our tenancy was exceptional.Although there were several issues in our block, Petros was always there for us every time we needed him. We received our deposit back really fast with minimal fuss. Thank you Petros.

I never knew it would end up like this...

I was an employee of Howsy from the Philippines, that Dexters acquired years ago. Then this year Dexters decided to discontinue our employment with them. We knew this would happen, and I personally didn't take it against Dexters, so long as they and QQI (which is the acting HR side of Dexters here in Manila site) to pay us the separation pay that is accordance to the labor code, and this should include the number of years I stayed as an employee of Howsy which was year 2019. A lot of things happened already from the moment QQI announced the discontinuation of our employment with Dexters. And the experience that me and my colleagues are STILL experiencing is VERY CHAOTIC! This QQI hasn't released our separation yet! They refuse to honor the original hire date from Howsy - which by the way they stated from their meeting with us that will definitely be granted - just like what happened to the first batch of employees of Howsy that were also got redundated. I wouldn't want to step too low for this if only me and my colleagues were treated professionally and respectfully. They're all LIARS! The pay is now long overdue. So, please DEXTERS, help your MANILA team to raise this issue with QQI. We were your once a helping hand with your jobs, especially with repairs. We hope that this small favor from us could at least lessen the burden from us financially, after you decided to leave us all now jobless! Thank you.

I have been renting with Dexter for over 3 years, I have been very happy with the team. The management office as been very helpful always trying to find solutions and always trying to give 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you Remi for helping me, you have been wonderful. Immediate Action Required for Final Pay

We urgently need Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) and Dexters to address the issue of not providing our final pay, which is a clear violation of Philippine labor laws. Furthermore, they are not recognizing our service from the start. Please expedite the release of our final pay immediately, as we need it to meet our essential needs.

Disappointing

We approached Dexters to rent out our property. Initially they were very helpful. When we were ready to move ahead I asked for a copy of the agreement we would have to sign with them. Despite chasing them up, we have had no communication from them since then. I don't know if they just couldn't be bothered with the admin but we have now taken our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Dishonest and a complete waste of time

Phoned to enquire about 4 different properties listed on their website. All 4 have apparently "recently accepted offers" despite none of them being listed as "under offer" on Dexter's website. Megan told me the sellers asked them to keep the properties as avaialble in case their agreed upon sales fell through. As a buyer, it is a complete waste of my time looking at properties that aren't actually available and that have already been sold. How am I meant to work with an agency that displays a complete lack of regard for its clients or their time? Buying a home is usually a significant decision in the purchasers life. Being dishonest from the outset is not a good way of establishing trust and this makes it almost impossible to use Dexters for my property search. I would advise sellers to bear that in mind when making the decision about who they want representing them and the buyers they are potentially losing out on as a result. I'm am sure that Megan is an excellent agent and I hope that one day she wakes up to the unscrupulous practices Dexter's employ and recognises that these are actually detrimental to hers and her clients relationships and (as a result) her long-term interests.
