Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

I was a tenant at a property managed by Dexter's with Petros Giorganios as the property manager. My end of tenancy process was very smooth and my deposit was returned with very minimal and justifiable deductions. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. All of my queries were promptly resolved and communication channels (email and phone) were always open.
Danny in the maintenance has been very helpful with my washing machine, he gave me step by step instructions whilst on the phone which were easy to follow and hopefully an engineer would not need to waste their time coming out. Danny was friendly to speak with and explain everything very well. I felt supported.
Dexter's are really friendly and go out of their way to help. I dealt with Petros Giorganios who was always on top of any queries or anything that needed attending to, it was always a smooth experience dealing with him. Great with updates and arranging works to be done and always good to speak to
I don't usually write reviews but credit is overdue - Monika Piszczyk - property management - is the ONLY reason I am giving Dexters in Hendon 5*'s. She is someone who actually listens, cares about people and gets things done as soon as something arises!! Monika always goes completely above and beyond and has helped us with so many things in our flat that we have had problems with for YEARS that Dexters knew about but was left and unsolved - for example a mould issue within the flat - which was only taken seriously when we spoke to Monika. Multiple other problems have happened & I can hand on heart say Monika is the only person working in Dexters that we trust 100%! I have been with Dexters for years now and the only ONLY time things have been sorted, documented, updated and taken seriously was when Monika contacted us and became our property manager - before this it was a complete circus and if I went into detail about everything that went wrong, unseen to etc, it would take up this rating entire page!! Monika is an absolute asset to your company and I am not even joking when I say she deserves a payrise for dealing with so many things and being such an understanding person in every scenario because without her, Dexters is an actual joke. Thank you Monika for always helping us and being someone who is genuinely reliable and kind within that company, I really hope they value you and what you do for other properties that you manage.
