Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

My property manager is Monika Piszczyk at Dexter's and she has been Ace! As a landlord , I had a number of issues in my flat that I rent out, Monika addressed each of these in turn . She kept me informed at each stage of the costs + time and was always very patient with all my questions. If you let a property you would want her to be managing it! she resolved every concern and the tenants are super happy! Thank you Monika!
Good service. There were some initial hiccups with moving into our rental property however these were rectified in good time - aided by Neil Plit who has been very helpful.

Staff at Dexter's Ladywell are awesome. Joseph and Suzzannah were beyond helpful with a recent bit of bureaucracy in connection with a rental flat. Dexter's in general have been great throughout the letting of my flat.
I have recently moved out of the property and as most tenants know this is a very stressful work to do. But, I was so glad I had a wonderful support received from the Dexter's team special mention to Marco who had been amazing. He was very accommodating and re-assuring. Although, I am not with the same Estate Agent I would still highly recommend Dexter's Agent at St Margaret. While living at Oaklands Rise (Easton Court) Petros has been one of a few contacts I have had for helping me with any property management issues.
