Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

My experience with Dexters was really BAD! First they lied about the property in the ads, mentioned there are free parking, no service charge and only when we received the property report by waiting for 5 month then realised its not the case. On top of that, we were suggested to take incentive from seller offline in order to close the purchase sooner and at the end of the day, we didn't receive the agreed cheque even though it was written in email by seller. After the completion date, agent just said it's betwen you and seller, they cannot do anything and unwilling to provide contact information with us. Agent suppose to protect buyer's right but it apparently was not our case. Be careful with who you are dealing with. My experience was with Dexters Dartmouth Park Estate Agents.

I have been using the property management services of Dexters (previously Fields) for twelve years now. I have been impressed with the service that I have received, hence still being with them after so many years. I am very happy with the service that I am receiving from Jamilah Al-Sahar who is very responsive to both my tenants and to me. She is pro-active in getting things done in a timely, professional and friendly manner.

Dexters took my unit from the moment it was handed over till it was sold. I live in the UAE and Dexters arranged the handover and put the unit for rent and managed all the rental agreements and even arranged for furnishing the unit. When time came for selling the unit, Dexters again was there for me. In particular, I would like to thank Jamilah Alsaher for her dedication and support in managing the unit. She always responded efficiently to my queries and to the tenants requirements.
I've been a landlord with Dexters for many years now and have had a positive experience. This year for the first time I used their property management service and I have been very happy with the commitment and service provided by Reece Brown who was my assigned property manager. I am an overseas landlord and Reece has given me full confidence that the tenancy and the property are looked after without any issues with minimal involvement from me.
We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved. However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly. I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.
