Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
Recently I had an issue with an appliance at one of my rented properties, Nabil Subhani dealt with back and forth between his maintenance team, the tenant, the insurance company and directly with me. In all the time. Dealing with the matter, Nabil was responsive to all matters in an extremely efficient and timely way. His communication was clear and to the point and the matter was progressed efficiently despite the fact that that too many people were involved he stayed at the centre of communicating with all parties concerned.
They need to be more selective with the landlords that they work with. We have been waiting for the landlord to approve something for 4 months. Apparently the landlord hasn’t replied in 4 months. Dexters says they can’t do anything without landlord approval. This has been an awful experience so far.
We rent a flat via Dexter Twickenham, colleagues are very supportive, patient, professional and helpful for the renting process. I also want to say big thanks to the property team members who help us to fix the issues in the new flat , especially Mr NabiSubHani. Nabi followed several issues with landlord and arrange some people fix them in our flat. without his help, we cannot live in this flat so comfortably. Thanks again.

We were recommended to use an agent that had been taken over by Dexter's. Since engaging Dexter's Finchely to let our property we have had numerous issues namely; 35% of monthly payments have been incorrect, over charges on agreed management fees and unauthorized letting board.
On every occasion it has taken us to highlight the errors before they were rectified despite repeated (hollow) assurances that the Company highly values it's relationships.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs.
Great experience as a tenant. Easy move especially with all the admin required. All the areas, within the property, that needed looking into have all been carried out fast and efficiently; Thank you Angie, the property manager N10 London.
Very sloppy service from Dexters. Missing attachments to emails, forgetting to send information, incorrect information was sent.
At check-in, they didn't even give us the right keys.... Sloppiness was a constant through the process....
The house was very very dirty, despite it should have been professionally cleaned by contract. There was mold, dust, dead insects.... Lots of furniture was broken or not fixed. We are not sure if the landlords were informed at all at this point.
Another red flag is that the agents try to lock tenants in very long contracts, a new trend with many companies. They didn't pressure as much as others, but still, they create this constant sense of urgency for the tenants.... then they disappear for days and need constant follow-ups.
Do not recommend.
