Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend Dexters.

Two stars for Honor Oak as they sold our house. But only two stars as they sold it for £80k less than what they were ‘very confident’ they could sell it for. Also points knocked off for promising senior involvement from the EA that initially came out (and promised the world) but this tailing off pretty quickly and the only contact being with a more junior agent. And point off for insisting on taking me to view pre-sale properties that ‘would be perfect’ for me but that met none of my needs ie not even having enough bedrooms. A complete waste of time. I assume this is what they did when they got 5 viewings through my house in first weekend but no offers. Just convinced people to come knowing they’d not be interested. All in all we got one offer - a far cry from their promises. Wouldn’t use them again
