Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

We had an issue in the flat and I have to say that once you get in touch with the right team members they are very helpful ,in our case Lesley A. and Chris MC ,so a huge thank you to both for their help and support .
super attentive, they call you all the time, they want to be liked until your request to rent the apt is approved, then you will know who is really Charlie or Dexters. we lived in a apt 70 burton court, franklins row Sw34sx Chelsea for over a year, we had several problems with the apt and one of them was a RAT INFESTATION, we have a 2 year old baby and every day we had to live with rats in every room of the apt, we called dexters several times and no one wanted to help, the landlord even sent us some guys to try to cover some of the countless holes made by the rodents but nothing could contain the rats, there were days of terror inside the apartment 70 burton court, franklins row Sw32pu, THIS HERE is not a complaint but a mother's outburst, I wouldn't want this to happen to other families, the rats are still there, dexters will not change, they treat their customers like trash, all they want is your deposit and that's it! I do not recommend dexters sloane avenue to anyone and the worst of all employees is called CHARLIE.
What a wonderful choice I made. I used Dexters Clapham (Abbeville Road) to sell my house. Jake, John and their team were highly professional, the communication was excellent (always available to help and to resolve some issues) with me, the buyers and the lawyers involved. I highly recommend Dexters!!!
Monika has been managing my flat for rent for the last year or so. She has always been friendly, responsive and proactive, communicated regularly by email and by phone and I have been able to feel the flat is in good hands. Recently we've had some issues with damage coming from the flat above and she has gone the extra mile to chase the managers of that property so that the damage can be repaired. I'm very grateful to her!
Unfortunately I had a leak at my flat which I let out through Dexters. Monika has been incredibly efficient in resolving this - chasing the managing agent to find the cause of the leak, following up and arranging for it to be fixed and then looking into redecoration which needs to be claimed on the buildings insurance, as well as liaising with and reassuring the tenant and keeping me informed. She has been a pleasure to deal with and I am really impressed by her efficiency, reliability and tenacity.
Monika has done a great job over the last few weeks, ensuring that I am kept up to date on a variety of projects. She has offered helpful advice based on interactions with my tenants so that I am equipped to make the best choices concerning my property.
Archie has been super helpful and supportive through the process of putting through an offer of a property we want to rent. It was great to have him show us around too!
I had an offer accepted on a property in Hampton and proceeded to do legal work having been told that chain was closed. I made it clear at the time verbally and on all the offer forms that my own buyers had put a deadline of 4 months to exchange and complete. This was a hard deadline as they were renting and had been given notice as the landlord was selling up. I was advised that the chain was closed as the vendor was buying a property also being marketed by Dexters and the vendor of that property was not reliant on the sale proceeds for their onward purchase. I therefore reasonably assumed that the transaction could complete in the 4 months. I also discussed this with Katie the agent for the vendor and she concurred. However, a few months in prior to her going on holiday and when the legal work on my sale and purchase were nearing completion I asked if she could agree a likely exchange date for the contracts. My calls were fielded and her manager confirmed the chain was not closed. I was left with no choice but to find another property to buy as I would have lost my sale. This fiasco cost me £1000 in wasted legal fees and a lot of upset. Dexters don't seem particularly scrupulous and they didn't much seem to care, matter of fact telling me that they had another interested buyer. Not surprising when they refused to list the property as sold subject to contract. They wanted to use it as a hook to get interested buyers to see other properties and assured me that they were not doing viewings on the property once my offer had been accepted. Buyers and sellers in Hampton beware. I notice the property still has not exchanged so their tactics do not advantage those they act on behalf of and pay their commission either!
Ledi is a great Property Manager in the Twickenham area. She has a perfect understanding of when to make executive decisions on my behalf based on best industry standards and then when to request my input. She is always so professional and I wouldn't want anyone to property manage my apartment.
