Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Before appointing Dexters to rent out the property I checked with both landlords and tenants who had experienced Dexters’ services - the reports were good so I went ahead. I have to say the Surbiton office and other departments involved have been nothing short of amazing. In particular Connor Rowan, together with Victoria Nugent, Annie Buckland, Codie Haddon, Hope Jones and Tom Lelyveld. All have gone above and beyond to support someone new to renting out a home and who knew nothing. Connor especially managed to do the impossible by retrieving documents that unexpectedly needed by the bank, clambering into the attic and extracting them with outmost efficiency. Having Dexters on my side has been a huge relief and negated worry about the whole procedure. The only comment I would make is that sometimes internal computer networks don’t always work but generally a few emails and the problem is overcome. Thank you team - you’re doing a great job!
