Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Advice on working with Dexters

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was a tenant in their properties twice and they made my life so incredibly stressful when landlords were welcoming and willing to help. My deposit on the first property was returned to the tenants after they asked me to give my house mate's bank details (which they already had) over the phone, the Landlord was completely appalled and never received an apology from Dexters. The second property was not cleaned at all upon moving in and mattresses were blood stained despite an approved request by the landlord for new mattresses. They then proceeded to order the wrong sized mattress. There were so many issues I had to send a link to a folder of images that was never acknowledged. The lack of knowledge, care and professionalism from every employee I have dealt with over 3.5 years is truly shocking.

Dexters were always very helpful…

Dexters were always very helpful particularly whenever there were major issues. When we vacated the property they were quick to respond and made our move stress free, especially whenever it came to releasing our deposit. Particular thanks to Mr Petros Giorgianos for being so helpful.

Extremely careless property management.

Before renting the house, we were told that professional cleaning would be done, but when we entered, there was no trace of cleaning. We cleaned it ourselves, this part can be ignored. But within 2 or 3 weeks after entering the house, one of the windows was broken, several times the repairman came and only found a solution to close the glass with screws. Screwing the window causes excessive heat loss and noise pollution in the house. The house has a lot of shortcomings and nonsense problems. Every time I contact Dexter property management, they say we will call you today and never call. At the moment, there is an active dampness in the house, probably a pipe broke inside the walls. But I don't care, as a result, this house is not mine and these things reduce the value of the house, which is the problem of the landlord. If he wants to leave his house in disrepair, that's his decision. However, they were a bad experience for me that I will never work with Dexter again. As a tenant who pays the rent regularly and keeps the house clean, I do not deserve this disrespect.

Well despite my less than glowing…

Well despite my less than glowing review previously and being advised by Asam in Customer Relations that an Area Director would call to deal with my complaint, no one has contacted me to discuss or to take our complaint seriously - this lot are a total shower. Our property is a high net worth property and well in to seven figures. I wouldn’t trust this lot to sell a dolls house for me

Service Review

Dexter has been managing my property for several years and I always received rent within reasonable time. However, I encountered a problem with this recently where the property manager insisted that the rent has been paid to me although the statement was not sent. I pointed out that no fund reached my bank account on several occasions. She failed to understand that the statement went hand in hand with rent payment, This went on for a few days. Eventually I called Property Management team and spoke to Gabija Pabalyte. She knew the problem immediately and was able to resolve the non-payment issue with the Account Payable team immediately. I received the remittance the next working day. Full mark to Gabija Pabalyte.
