Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Excellent service from Stacie at Richmond branch

Having self managed for years, after issues with my last tenant I decided to give management to Dexters and was glad I did. Stacie White at Richmond is friendly, always keeps me in the loop re costs and important jobs that need doing which is so important to keep tenants happy especially when their tenancy starts as there are always things that need to be done. I would recommend landlords to consider this service as the agent is objective and sees the problems that really exist plus a good managing agent is in contact with reliable contractors.

We encountered some fault in our fridge

We encountered some fault in our fridge, the new fridge well arrived yesterday, however I can’t thank our property manager Angie and maintenance team Richard enough for their help and quick response in getting the issues settled! Thank you Angie and Richard!

Delay in responding to request

Ive requested for a change of mattress due to big dent on the mattress giving me back pain and uncomfortable sleep. This was raised on the 7th of March and being dealt with by the “property manager” at NWX residences. The mattress is more than 3 years old and was not changed when we moved in September 2024. Until now we are waiting. No further update from Remi despite follow up emails. Last update given was on 17th of March advising they are awaiting confirmation of delivery date for the company is aiming for a bulk delivery. Not sure when. No further advise given about the progress of this request. I am currently sleeping on the floor with a single mattress that i had from my previous flat. Despite advising that this is a health hazard, there is no promptness, sensitivity and update on this request. It is very ironic that you live in a lovely flat but you needed to sleep on the floor after a hard days work especially in the last part of winter!!! I am hoping that the senior management team will have a better response to this request.

Excellent customer care

A telephone call from Tia Blackmore-Saunders is always a pleasant experience but she follows it up with prompt and effective action. Most recently, she organised a shower repair and ensured that it was fully covered by the maker's guarantee. Tia's performance confirms that I am right to remain a long-standing client of Dexters!
