Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
The maintenance team at Dexters are super efficient and helpful. They always tend to my needs and they are all very friendly and bubbly. I have no problems with them at all.

Dexters have been calling me continuously despite me telling them multiple times 1) that I have already selected anther agent and 2) to stop calling me.
They've called me about once every 2 weeks for about 8 months, and it's getting to the point where I have no idea how to make them stop. The call comes from different numbers, so I managed to block one, but I'll get a call from another. It's incredibly irritating and a terrible experience.

I arranged a viewing with Dexters for 4 Prestons Road, London, E14 9EL on Thu 27/03 at 18:00. I arrived at the building on time. Before I arrived I rang the agent and confimed about who am I meeting with. They said its Holi and she will be at the site to assist. I went there and waited 30 mins but no one showed up. I called the agent 5 times and spoken to 4 differnet people and non of them could confirm if the agent has arrived as they themselves could not get hold of Holi. Eventually they asked me to leave confirming someone will contact me in the morning. Its been 5 days since then and nobody contacted. This agent is wasting people time and money. I was a potential buyer and annoyed me with lack of professionalism and turned me away. Landlord lost a potential sale and potential return too because in-between the market dropped significantly. I am writing this here to ensure the agent understands poeple time is precious which was wasted by the agent who takes it for granted.
