Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Friendly and Speedy

George Blanchard was very quick to respond to my maintenance request, and also checked in after it was actioned to confirm everything was sorted. Fantastic level of care.

Very happy with Dexters

Dexters has been managing our 2 apartments for over 10 years and we find the staff consistently helpful, professional and capable. Grace Kehoe, who has recently been negotiating renewals with our tenants, has proved to be exemplary. We are very happy with the service provided.

Out with the old and in with the new Dexters

First-class service

I recently called Dexters, Notting Hill, to report a fault with the dishwasher. I spoke with Georgie Tilby in the Property Maintenance Team, who got on the case straight away. I was contacted very soon afterwards by Andrews Appliances, their contractor, who offered me the option of scheduling an appointment time for their engineer to visit. Ian, their operative, popped round at my preferred time the following day, quickly assessed the issue, and just a couple of days later, yesterday, in fact, a brand-new dishwasher was installed. And Georgie @ Dexters updated me every step of the way. The service was impressive all around.
