Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

A truely awful company. They manage the flat above ours in a block in Queens Park west london. The flat has been leaking for months, we paid £'000's to track the leak, shared the report and video with Dexters. Dexters refused to use the leak detection company as they were too expensive for the Landlord. They then engaged another plumber who could not source the leak. Months on and the issue is still unresolved and the 'director of property management' refuses to return a call.
Ted has been very helpful with trying to arrange help for my dishwasher. He made sure I have the right information and have quickly arranged alternative when the first option didn’t work. Response time is very quick, really appreciate it! Thank you.
