Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Nabil and the property management team at Dexter’s give excellent service. They have recently sorted out new kitchen cupboards at our property and it was all done seamlessly with minimal involvement on our part- just how we need it to be! Nabil is very quick and clear in all communications.

We had a couple of issues with the property (kitchen and door) that needed to be attended to. Lorraine Fisher from Dexters maintenance's department is very helpful and efficient to arrange for services. Issues had beef resolved quickly too.

I’ve just come to the end of a two-year tenancy managed by Dexters Highgate and had a genuinely great experience throughout. Big thanks to Claire and Chloe who looked after everything from start to finish, always super helpful, quick to respond, and just really easy to deal with.
