I’ve ordered Oranurse toothpaste for my son who has autism. I ordered on the 11th and it is now the 21st. No sign of my order and I’ve since been emailed to say that my order will only be partly fulfilled due to low stock. Very disappointed in this.

Good range of products for specific medical needs ie. dry mouth. Ease of ordering & delivery communication although request for product review issued too early, before products have been trialed. Have purchased from DD many times, no complaints.

Ordered toothpaste, not shown as out of stock. No delivery when expected but after 6 days I received a message saying that it was out of stock and delivery will be delayed further. If an item is out of stock be honest and show it as such.

My item was dispatched on the third day after ordering I dont think this is good enough, with second postage it took over a week to come. Also item is very expensive and with postage added on I think its overpriced.
