Does not deserve a star. Brought loupes and compared with colleagues who brought from Ali express. Exact same yet they charged me $500 for an item that is $20 elsewhere. Scam.

Great service. Good communications. Very personable and made sure I could get my product.
Just used them to do a root canal. The light seemed adequate and I was able to see well. Magnification was good and they didn't fog up which was nice.
It was tracked accurately and the orders came on time

The light is amazing, however I have not been able to fine tune the loupes. The light is worth the price of both. I will definitely use the light, the loupes not so much.
The notifications about the shipping progress are great. It was your Croatian partner (Overseas Ltd) that acted non professionally: although they had my phone number on the package, they didn’t call, they just left the package in my yard. It was raining, fortunatelly the item still works.

More than my expectasion
Terrible company to work with. I ordered a wireless IO camera that did not function. 2 months to receive it and now 2 months later, still waiting on resolution/refund as they take their sweet time to respond, if they even respond at all! No QC, No Customer service, no effort to resolve a problem!
The loupes are great!! I love how the IPD is adjustable. The only thing i didnt like was the strength of the light that I had to pay extra for. Our lights in the dental ops are brighter so I opted out of using the headlight.

This LED clip on wireless light works great! Not too heavy and I’ve been wearing it for 12 hour work days. The battery lasts about 7.5 hours and then simply shuts off. My coworkers have tried it and are interested in ordering one for themselves.
