Horrible. No contact with driver or restaurant. I phoned them for help as order 120 minutes. I Said restaurant didn’t answer phone. He put me on hold and returned saying “restaurant doesn’t answer phone, sorry.”

Had 2 large boxes delivered today by DX 2 really helpful guys took the boxes directly to the garage. Rob & ley from South East London.

Why I telling you to do not use this service because: 1. they have no proper support team 2. delay answer of ticket 3. provide document which is not match with your records 4. They manipulate data and deduct amount from wallet 5. They are not pay COD amount to your bank 6. If you have any refund from then they did not send in bank
After waiting for an hour and a 1/2 for my food I contacted them and they said that the restaurant was closed for deliveries but after I called the restaurant they were not closed for deliveries. The driver just didn't want to come to deliver to my house now only that they took the money from my account until me it would take 1 to 5 days to get my money back for something I never received awful place!!!!
On December 4th we ordered food through the Yelp app from Pizza Roma to pick up. When my husband arrived, he was told the food wasn’t made and they were closing to orders because they were short-staffed. They assured us we would be refunded, and we received a call from delivery.com a few minutes later confirming a refund was to be issued. Now it’s December 21st, and still no refund. The restaurant claims they can’t help us and we need to go through delivery.com. Contacted Delivery.com and they claim they issued a refund to Yelp, so we can’t get a refund through them, we have to go through Yelp. Yelp doesn’t respond to inquiries. So we never got our food, have spent a few hours trying to chase down our refund, and we are out the money we spent for a dinner never received. Will never use Yelp or delivery.com ever again!
Never again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if that were possible. I ordered the food at 5:49 PM and the estimated wait was an hour. An hour later, I received a voicemail message that the order was going to be 45 minutes to an hour late. An hour later when I called back the number that had called me, I was told the the order had been cancelled because they weren't able to find a driver. Then I was told it would take 3-5 business days for me to get my money back! Unbelievable!
OMG!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 1 hour 45 minutes is the projected time to get our delivery that we ordered at 11:45 am! Restaurant is 15 minutes down the road. NEVER AGAIN will we use this service!!!
This was, without a doubt, the worst experience ever, ordered food at 5:18 PM...its now 8:35 and I'm still waiting. Avoid this like the plague. However the driver was polite. And hustled.

Should be a way to give a review on the negative scale. If it were possible they would have a negative 2000 rating the absolute worst. What they don’t tell you is, the order is only placed once they locate a driver. So, after you place your order, they’ll locate the driver which in my case is over two hours. They don’t tell you this and instead keep pushing the time further back until your lunch is now your dinner. If you complain they give you a 10.00 credit for their company which is useless because you will never use them again!
I spent 35 dollars on food that never arrived. When i reached out to delivery.com about it I was treated like I was lying. I was told I cannot receive a refund and that I must wait 2-3 days for the escalated resolution to take place. It has now been 7 days and I’m still waiting. Going to dispute the charge and report them to the Attorney General. This is a terrible service that treats their customers like they’re wrong. I will never use this service again.
Suggestion for delivery.com: Don't pay your drivers until AFTER they complete a delivery. Over an hour late -- Called the restaurant who told me that before I called, they even had to call the driver to find out what was going on. I was excited for another delivery service option, but if you're going to compete with grubhub and doordash, you might want to make a few changes.
Terrible service do not use ! The answering service in West Palm Beach, Florida are high school drop outs who flat out lie about when the order is expected. No idea where any restaurants or residence locations are ! Food is cold - no apologies or refunds ! Delivery.com need to have their license revoked and I look forward to terminating this group
Absolutely awful. Order was over an hour late, and customer service is horrible. The worst part is, you have to tip the driver before their service is provided so they get the same tip no matter how horrible they are. Will not be using again.
We love delivery.com! Every order is delivered with a smile. The drivers are always courteous and we haven't encountered any mistakes. Most orders are even delivered early! Thank you for the great service.
Worst service I have ever received, never got our food. Person on phone was absolutely no help. Told us the delivery driver delivered our food to wrong house. Delivery driver went back to get our food 45 minutes later from the wrong house and said they threw it away. Most ridiculous service in the industry. I will never use this service again and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can how bad their customer service is. They do not care about your business that's for sure.

Stupid delivery.com canceled my order for no f****** reason but took my money. I called the store they had the food I ordered there so why delivery.com said it was no longer available is beyond me. And they stole my money!!!! WTH ?!!!

If I could give a negative star I would have. They took my money from a restaurant that was closed and wont refund me. So basically this company stole my money. Shame on you delivery.CON
last order took 2.5 hours for delivery (the time before it never arrived)...driver dropped the food in front of the door and ran down the steps instead of apologizing. was PROMISED a call from local management within 48 hours to address the issue--call never came. customer service said "be patient"...lol...this is by far the worst food delivery service I've ever used--zero accountability once they get your money. UPDATE: it's now been 6 days and I'm still waiting for that phone call from "local management"
