best to order a day in advance--and they will still be late
last order took 2.5 hours for delivery (the time before it never arrived)...driver dropped the food in front of the door and ran down the steps instead of apologizing. was PROMISED a call from local management within 48 hours to address the issue--call never came. customer service said "be patient"...lol...this is by far the worst food delivery service I've ever used--zero accountability once they get your money. UPDATE: it's now been 6 days and I'm still waiting for that phone call from "local management"
