We’ve ordered a switch 2 but haven’t had any e mail confirmation or like others have said here they have had details of it being later now/ we’ve heard literally nothing!! UPDATE I have had a reply and been given an order number and a delivery date of next week

I pre ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 a month ago. I checked on the website and it said it would be delivered on the Fifth - the release date. I then got an email on Monday telling me all the stock had be assigned. They claimed "as advertised" this was not the case. I asked them to find a solution and have followed up but still have not heard anything 2 days later. I hope that they are able to find a solution but so far I'm still in the dark. It's my daughter's birthday present so if it doesn't show up I will be in real trouble

No issues, PS5 game delivered as expected. It was cheaper than anywhere else, I was a bit cautious when ordering but all seems to be above board.

Incredible. Honestly this site shocked me in the best way possible. I genuinely thought it was too good to be true but I was wrong, I would 1000% reccomend these guys to everyone and will be letting my friends know about them. Got PS5 Pro for cheaper that I knew was possible and it's in perfect condition, looks brand new and untouched, will definitely come back and use them when possible, thanks again guys

Accidentally ordered the wrong console version but their customer service sorted it immediately with no hassle. The correct game arrived two days later. Couldn't ask for better service!

I made a purchase with this site which contained 2 separate pre-order items. The first one was delayed by one day, and I received an email informing me (ahead of time) that it would be delayed as much, and I was offered a full refund or to keep my order, albeit slightly delayed, with a £2.50 goodwill gesture refund. I chose the latter. My order arrived, it was cheaper than any other retailer, and that was before I got a £2.50 refund on top, and a 5% discount code from the site. I hope Delche gaming doesn't morph into a site where you can't tell the difference between their prices/services and someone like Amazon. The little independent companies like these, are the lifeblood of the gaming industry, and gamers like us, should be supporting them. I'm looking forward to when the next part of my order arrives in the next month or so. I'll definitely be placing other orders before then though. Great site. I never leave reviews, and felt compelled to do so for these guys.

Never used this company before, but saw the game super cheap compared to other places , preordered in Feb, day before release received an email stating there's a issue with delivery so will be delayed by a day. Got the game the next day, happy with their coms, and service overall will use again

Preordered metal gear solid delta. Took my money never received any shipping updates. Won’t respond to any of my messages or emails. Seems like a few people on here had the same problem. Taking the actual piss. Avoid this company

Pre-ordered MGS Delta on 22/08. No delivery on launch day, no communication, no reply to emails. Website still at pre-order status. Have used before on with no problems, doubt I’ll buy from again.
