Hello! I ordered a switch 2 from this site. I was in a hurry I didn't read the description. But it going to arrive late and I cancelled my pre-order. And I got a switch 2 from Smyth's toys and it arrived on 7 June but this site didn't have it. Well I got my money back for which I am grateful. But it was scare!

I originally preordered a switch 2 with them but didn't realise that the release was dated for late June. They sent me an email regarding this and whether I would like to proceed or get a refund. Ultimately I ended up opted for a refund which was prompt and effortless. Amazing customer service

I have sent a number of messages about the purchase of the Nintendo switch 2 without reply?

Pre ordered the switch 2 on the 8th of may, website promised it’ll be shipped 1-2 days before release. Got an email a few days ago saying I’ll get it at the end of June. Such a joke

Ordered switch 2 way back in beginning of march to have a email on Monday to say wouldn’t be to the 28th, joke of a company to be honest

Got told the switch 2 Would be sent out day of release and then they email saying the back of on June Really not happy as was a present for my sons birthday

I had a fantastic experience with Delche Gaming. As someone who orders a lot of tech and gaming gear online, I’m used to long shipping times and poor packaging. But Delche really delivered. My order was processed the same day, and I got a notification that it had shipped just hours later. When it arrived, it was in a sturdy box with plenty of protective padding. The item was brand new and worked straight out of the box. Prices are excellent, but it’s their customer service and attention to detail that really impressed me.
