The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Having enquired via the website contact page the office called and explained everything and booked a visit for the engineer to assess what was needed which was only a few days away. The engineer was extremely knowledgeable and explained the best solution and was soon able to have me up and running. A good professional job all round.

The guys came (within 24 hours of booking) and were polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job of mounting my daughters TV bracket on the wall. She's really pleased with it and it is a professional job. We couldn't have done that ourselves without the right equipment and knowhow! Thank you.

Two storms in one week broke our aerial. Gave DD a ring, not expecting them to be available but they came round within 2 days. Dave was awesome, told me what needed doing, explained everything, quote was fine and he put a new aerial up there and then, redirecting some dodgy cable and making sure our TV was all sorted. Great experience from the lovely lady on the phone at booking, and Dave was a gem. Thank you.

I requested help and initially was given a date the following week which was OK with me. A phone call a few hours later gave me the option of a visit later that day which I readily accepted. The engineer listened to my explanation of the issue and then made some tests which identified the problem. I agreed to his proposed action and within the hour all was well, job complete. I thought the whole approach was very professional, friendly, clear & informative and overall very impressive. On the basis of my experience they deserve their high rating and I would gladly recommend this company.
