The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Experienced Technician
The person who came to fix the aerial in my home was friendly, polite and helpful. He arrived at around the time stated. He explained about the possible cost of the repair would be. Explained what he thought was wrong and did what he could to fix the problem. Which he did.

Arrived within the timeframe given, diagnosed the problem and explained thoroughly what the issue was and how it could be resolved. Went ahead and had the job done there and then for what I considered to be a reasonable cost. From making the initial enquiry on the phone to having someone out to fix the problem was a pleasant and friendly experience, would recommend to others. Thank you.
