The engineer was very helpful and open…
The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Tv wall mounting
Ben came to mount my tv on the wall. He advised me on what could be done and did exactly what I asked of him. His work was excellent, clean and tidy. He was friendly whilst remaining professional. Very pleased with his work.

Perfection!
From the initial contact with Elaine in the office, to the extremely quick first visit and quote from Ben, and the installation from Dave, the whole process of moving our sky dish due to our inconsiderate neighbours tall conifers! was excellent. If all companies were as friendly and efficient as these guys, the world would be a better place! Thank you!!

A company who sets the highest of standards . First class professionals
The engineer was personable, highly skilled, trustworthy and extremely helpful. He solved my issue very quickly. He is passionate about his work and delivered the best possible service. A first class professional. The admin personnel representative was also extremely helpful during my telephone call when I booked my appointment. I highly recommend this company.

We needed some advice on our existing arial
We needed some advice on an exciting arial which hadn't worked in the living room for a few years but worked okay in the bedroom. Richard tested the arial which was fine advised of cost and job was completed in half an hour! I would definitely recommend Digital Direct to and friends or family.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service. Rang at 3.00pm and spoke to Elaine ( lovely lady) about problem with TV ( thinking it might be aerial). She said they could come next week . However while I was on the phone she said one of the engineers could come this afternoon as he had finished previous job. 40 minutes later the lovely Richard appeared- checked everything, gave quote and then put new aerial up . Problem solved . Richard was professional, friendly and very efficient . Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you
