The engineer was very helpful and open…
The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Aerial service call
Service engineer Richard arrived on time. He was professional, polite and respectful. Diagnosed the problem immediately, was able to quote and complete work necessary. Tested all equipment and demonstrated all in good working order before leaving. All within an hour.

I was so impressed by not only the enquiry phone call to Elaine but the knowledge and efficiency of Richard the technician that attended my property. He was very helpful and where the previous Ariel company came up a negative he did exactly what I wanted him to do and did it very well.

TV Installation
Richer Sounds directed us to Digital Direct to install our new TV. Ben the engineer came at the appointed time, was polite and capable and took time to explain the new setup and controls. Would have preferred the £150 charge to be absorbed by Richer Sounds but that's a different matter.
