The engineer was very helpful and open…

The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

What a great family owned company for all your TV and Communication faults was excellent.Told you exactly when they were goning to come. The team on the phones were brilliant and polite. The engineer came out found the problem straight away and gave us an estimate with no callout fee. Did the job would highly recommend. Many thanks

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Engineer arrived on time and was helpful, courteous and very professional. He diagnosed our problem within minutes and fitted our new aerial within the hour with no fuss and no mess. TV reception problem a thing of the past now - and the price was very reasonable too.

First class response to issues raised

Andy was on time, polite and totally professional. He was able to identify the cause of the issue and take action to replace parts and successfully return the problematic equipment to full working order. He was completely knowledgeable with the equipment, what was required to resolve the problem and even made suggestions on how the equipment in use could be improved in the future. Very impressed and very well managed by Digital Direct
